Challenge

CBA faced challenges in managing a significant change agenda due to limited transparency of project data and disconnected key systems. This lack of integration made it difficult for the delivery community to manage financials accurately, plan resources effectively, and provide a unified view of portfolio performance.

Solution

​To address these challenges, CBA deployed Planview Enterprise One to over 13,000 users across the bank. The implementation integrated key systems like PeopleSoft and Workday, enhancing real-time visibility of project and portfolio data. This unified, standardized platform improved user experience and enabled the project delivery community to focus on innovation and execution.
