We are seeking a senior delivery professional who can bring structure, pace, and control to a complex enterprise implementation, while managing stakeholders, dependencies, milestones, and scope with confidence.
Strong enterprise SaaS, ERP, PPM, PMO transformation, or similar business platform delivery experience is required. Planview experience is preferred but not essential.
What You’ll Do

Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan for the implementation.

Run the weekly delivery rhythm across internal, partner, and client teams.

Manage risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and change requests.

Coordinate delivery across business and technical workstreams.

Track client responsibilities, including access, decisions, SME inputs, testing participation, and sign-off readiness.

Prepare executive and steering committee updates.

Support milestone tracking, delivery evidence, and phase-gate readiness.

Escalate blockers early and help drive practical resolution.

Maintain strong document control and delivery discipline throughout the engagement.
What We Are Looking For

7+ years of project or program delivery experience.
-
Experience delivering enterprise SaaS, ERP, PPM, PMO transformation, or similar business platform implementations.

Experience managing complex multi-workstream enterprise delivery.
-
Strong governance, planning, RAID, and dependency-management capability.
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Experience with delivery milestones, acceptance processes, and structured change control.

Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.

Availability during South African business hours.

Ability to work onsite in Gauteng when required.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Planview or similar enterprise planning or portfolio platforms.

Experience in natural resources, mining and resources, energy, engineering, construction, utilities, or other asset-intensive sectors.

Experience with ERP, SAP, procurement systems, integrations, reporting, or data migration.

Experience supporting executive governance and steering forums.

Experience overseeing organizational change management, adoption, or business readiness during enterprise implementations.
-
OCM or change-management certification is an advantage.
